I should have reported this earlier, but Cortana broke for me in an insider build as well. She no longer can hear anything I say, as if I don't have a mic plugged in. I was hoping that it would be fixed in a follow-up release, but now that Fall Creator's Update is out it would seem that isn't going to happen. :/
