Allow Scrolling with mouse wheel when dragging a file
If I want to drag a file at the bottom of a large folder to one of the top directories, it does not allow me to scroll with the wheel of the mouse.
Try dragging the file slowly toward the edge of the window until the scrolling starts.
Ensure that your mouse and touchpad drivers are up to date.
Restart File Explorer or your computer to see if it resolves the issue.
