Allow Scrolling with mouse wheel when dragging a file
If I want to drag a file at the bottom of a large folder to one of the top directories, it does not allow me to scroll with the wheel of the mouse.
Hold down the spacebar (or sometimes the middle mouse button) while dragging to temporarily enable scroll mode, if your system supports it.
