All programs taking 30 seconds to open since updating to Evaluation Copt 22598.

I updated to Win 11 Pro Evaluation 22598 earlier this week. Now it takes about 30 seconds to open most things: file explorer, Chrome, Edge. If i close and reopen Edge within a few seconds it opens immediately but any longer than then it is another 30 seconds delay. Any ideas?
