AI generated 2D to 2.5D recommend software

I've noticed a lot of 2.5D images in 3D printing repositories, some whole accounts are labelled "AI generated". Can you recommend the best program that can generate a 2.5D image from a 2D image??

There are "heavy guns" like  Relief maker, but that one takes a "snapshot" of a 3D object, if I understand its way of work. How about if you don't know Blender/Z-brush to sculpt over an image, but more like upload and get a good result
