after windows update my sound driver stopped working

- You need to update sound driver to latest version. Check for driver updates at Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Optional updates.
I have tried everything, the driver cannot be installed.
one more thing, after the update, the first boot , I got windows error display, like the blue screan
- Try visit your device's manufacturer website and download and install the latest driver from there.
