After upgrading to Windows 11, files within desktop folders cannot be searched.

After upgrading the system from Windows 10 to Windows 11, files within the desktop folder cannot be located via system search (displaying “No results”). However, the same files can be searched normally after copying them to the D drive. This is suspected to be an issue with folder permissions or indexing configuration. Seeking a solution.
