after updating the newest Windows update Insider Preview 22621.1, I can't open my Windows Securiy

I've done almost every solution on the internet... nothing worked for me... it kept popping you can't open this app something like that....

I also found out my Xbox Game Bar also having the same issue...

the only solution is to go back to the last version.... but it asked me to update again...
