After installing 25182 preview I have no Internet. My network shows as Unidentified.

I hope someone can help with this. I have no internet after installing build 25182. My network shows as "unidentified". Wifi connections to my router are working but my ethernet connection is not working on the machine where I installed 25182. This machine is not Domain connected; it is my home PC. One of the problems is that they are listed as public networks, so I tried to find the setting to change that, but it is not in the properties for the network or the connection. I thought it used to be in the Network and Sharing Center, but that is apparently gone now. Thanks in advance to anyone who has suggestions on how to fix this because I have very little expertise in Networking.
