After entering the password in Win11, the screen goes black and only the mouse remains.
Hello, after updating my Windows system, the screen goes black after entering the password, leaving only the mouse cursor. All conventional repair methods are ineffective! Thank you for your respons...
Restart your PC and force shutdown 3 times during startup to trigger Automatic Repair.
From the Automatic Repair screen, click Advanced options > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
After restart, press 4 or F4 to boot into Safe Mode.
