Advanced Startup Cannot Navigate, No Cursor After Updates

After recent Windows updates, when I went in to Advanced Startup to run Troubleshoot, my cursor was missing and the keyboard arrow buttons didn't even work! Unable to navigate in the there at all. Is...

First couple times install didn't work, but after I 'rolled back' the 24H2 upgrade back to Home 11, the install worked. Only problem is: it still didn't fix the problem! Still unable to navigate in Advanced Startup.
