Action Center and Notification Center issue in Windows 11

Greetings,

I recently upgraded to Windows 11 (Beta channel); it has fewer bugs than the dev builds; however when I tried opening the Action Center and Notification panel, it does nothing; neither the Action Center nor the Notification panel opens. I tried opening it with keys combination Win+A, but still no luck. Could anyone please help me out with this issue? Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you!
