The good news is that Windows is a prolific note-taker. The bad news is that its notes aren't in a user-friendly format. However, there is a very specific, forensic-grade path you can take to find the "Date Restored" information. It lives in the NTFS $UsnJrnl (Update Sequence Number Journal), a hidden system file that acts as a massive logbook, recording every single change made to every file on your drive—including the moment a file was moved from the Recycle Bin back to your photo folder.
