AAC microphone and audio support in Insider build 21370

21370 supports AAC over Bluetooth.
I have Bose NC 700 headphones but they don't seem to connect via AAC for calls.

1 - How can you verify what codec is being used when headphones are connected?
2 - Is it even reasonable to expect AAC to work for the microphone and audio at the same time?
