Are you facing this issue with any other applications?- Would you mind elaborate your issue in details? a update has come 1 week ago of windows 11 i updated and some of the files are like bugged

Since when this problem started? this problem starterd 4-5 days agot
Are you facing this issue with any other applications? is only with some files , not other applications- This issue is due to failure of the loading icons.
If case they are shortcut, try delete and create new shortcut.
You may try copy and paste them in the desktop again.
I advise you to report this issue using the Feedback Hub app.
