A driver cannot load on this device
First time looking at laptop like this, never worked with computers before. The only thing this Dell Inspirion 5593 laptop core i7 is going to he used for is gaming.

Press Win+X to open Device Manager, right-click on the device in question and select Update Driver, then select Browse My Computer to find the driver and manually select the .inf file. To temporarily disable driver signing verification, run bcdedit /set testsigning on in the administrator's CMD and reboot the computer to reinstall the driver and you're good to go!
