A black filter keep appears

This black filter keeps popping up after the start-up. Have anyone also encountered a similar issue? I use zooms for my online lecture, and this black filter will get in my way.

  Hi KapilArya and thanks for your suggestions.
  
  It did work out for me. A service name ASUS optimization turns out to be the problem responsible for the black screen. So what I have done is reinstall an application named MyASUS and the black filter has disappeared.
