Now it asked me to update from 26120.6982 to 26220.7051
I don’t know what to do now.

If your system is functioning well aside from Fast Startup, and you’re concerned about stability, you can postpone the update until you see positive feedback from other users. If you want to try it, proceed with the update, but do so cautiously, ensuring you have backups.
