17025.1000: Media streaming not possible anymore and Windows Media Player can't be reinstalled

I kindly ask you for support.

 

Windows (64) Pro 1709, Build 17025.1000 doesn't provide any built-in media streaming capabilities anymore.

 

Additionally, Windows Media Player can't be reinstalled. It isn't available within 'Optional Features' either, and it has not been made available again through installation of KB3099229 (x64). Please see attached screenshots.

 

How can I get (download) Windows Media Player and re-install it?

How can I re-enable Windows built-in media streaming?
