Every time I try to update, it gets about 6% downloaded and fails. I have cleared the update cache, I have forced BITS to automatic since it kept stopping. I have tried sfc scan, as well DSIM. Wh...
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
