I have the same error occurring everytime I start my Windows 11 22H2 machine. I think it comes from the Bixby Service as I own a Samsung Galaxy Book. I suggest uninstalling Bixby, it can always be reinstalled here: https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9PHBJM786KWX
