应用程序无法正常启动0xc000007b
如题，我自从升级到了windows11之后 就不能安装部分程序了（win10的时候可以正常安装） 我试着去装了NET 框架 以及 DX9.0 包括百度上可以找到的教程 依旧无法使用 咨询客服客服告诉我目前win11没有可用的解决方案 让我来这发帖子寻找帮助 有没有好心人帮我看下是怎么回事
Windows11 is under development and customer support can't help you -since it's a trial version and there might be problems, but you should report it to the Windows Answer Center.
