winword.exe deleting shared drive files
We have a shared cloud drive (not microsoft) and one of the companies computers is deleting files every morning when nobody is on it. Our cloud service provider has said it isn't them and it has something to do with winword.exe. Has anyone heard of this?

- What is the shared cloud drive? We are also facing similar issue, so would like to know if it is MS, Dropbox, Box or others.

- No, never heard of anything like that before.. And how are they sure that it is a certain computer?
