unable to register Office 365
we have purchased the product but unable to register it, when we open word or excel we get a message to register and when we try to enter the credentials we keep getting an error. (Something went wron...
Hi Gold_Leaf,
1. Please check that the Office Desktop Apps on the machine are up to date. Open any Office app such as Word> Account> Update Options> Update now
2. Reset the activation state

3. After resetting the Office Desktop Apps> Restart your machine
4. Open the Office apps> Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account
