More than 30 minutes to install a language pack?

I'm installing the Basic Typing package for Chinese, which at a whopping 99 MB and with a 950 Mbps up/down connection has so far taken more than an hour to crawl to around 60% complete. 

On the other hand, one can only be impressed by Microsoft's multi-decadal commitment to showcasing the absolute worst of monopoly capitalism. The unblinking dedication required to demonstrate just how indifferent companies can afford to be to their customers when they have an absolute monopoly is a thing of wonder. So I raise a glass to all you goblins and orcs in Redmond. Absolute trash when it was Windows 2.0. And it's still absolute trash. Cheers!
