How can I email or call support for a direct (onmicrosoft.com) subscription?

Possible Microsoft support will ask you to add a TXT-record to your public DNS zone so they can verify your ownership of the tenant.
I would also advise these best practices:
- Always configure a break-glass account

- Always add an alternate emailadress for recovery purposes

What would be nice would be an email app that actually works! My god, outlook has been around for years and still does not work. Lets face it you rent 365 just as a way to punish yourself. 365 = Self Loathing. Flush it and go elsewhere.
- Thanks for reminding me about Microsoft's Global Customer Service phone numbers! Hopefully someone is able to help me when they get back to me in 10 minutes, 30 minutes or 24 hours (paraphrasing the initial phone rep)… The phone rep also advised that I should contact support via the admin dashboard in the future. 🤦:male_sign: Incidentally, @MicrosoftHelps on 𝕏 provided the same Global Customer Service phone numbers link after I battled their 𝕏 DM bot and got through to a couple of humans. 😅
P.S. It's a long story about how the Authenticator key was lost. 😊
