Cloud PC screen flashing

Hi, I have an annoying issue with my cloud PC

 

When I scroll within the cloud PC or move windows about, the screen of the cloud pc flickers and flashes, and sometimes it looks like a checkerboard. I've tried to take screenshots, but the issue doesn't display on the screenshot which is odd. I think it gets worse as the day goes on so could be memory related, but I don't experience the issue when RDPing to other devices.

 

The cloud PC OS is Windows 10  and is only running SSMS and PowerBI Data gateway. It has 4vCPU, 16GB RAM and 128GB storage. 

 

I've tried tinkering with the basic display settings in the RDP connection but it doesnt seem to make a difference.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Try connect using different PC and see if the problem persist?
    Create a new VM and see if the problem persist?
    It is better to check with the Microsoft Support.
