Try use different device and see if the problem persist?
Check with your system administrator and see if you have sufficient permission and make sure your account is active.

Joeyvega - And you have the Windows 365 Business offering? Was the user account created in the Azure Active Directory tenant, or is it a "guest"/invited account?
