Access denied to godaddy.com from W365

Hello,

I saw another post on this, godaddy.com is being blocked when I try to access from a W365 VM, could anyone please explain what could this be?

You don't have permission to access "http://www.godaddy.com/nl-nl/offers/godaddy?" on this server.
