WUFB restart checks

Hi, we wanted to know if it's possible to get a detailed list of what the 'Restart checks' setting for WUFB actuall checks for

This is what we were able to gather so far from the docs and some presentations:

to make sure they don't install/reset during a prez,

If the power level is below 15%
