windows server 2016 activation

I have a Windows Server 2016 CD I installed before. but now my hard drive is damaged so I tried to use the same CD to install it again but I found that the CD not working so I downloaded one version from the internet and now I want to activate this version with the same KEY that came with my CD but its Not work...!!!...?
