windows 11

After installing W11 from W10 (got a request for that when connecting this morning), computer starts, accepts my pingerprint authentification, but then the desktop blinks all white then reopens, again and again and again without possibility for me to do anything.

And now even beeps regularly, making it difficult for me to type this message (more than a word at a time)

F1 was the only way to get here where I am, HELP, WHAT SHOULD I DO ? Thank you for your help.

    Are you open to open start or command prompt?
    If yes, try type the following command in the Command Prompt as administrator:

    sfc /scannow
