Windows 10 Servicing for customised image
Please help to understand if it is possible to perform windows 10 servicing for any organization specific customised OS.

vishalkhatpe So, this question can have many answers. So I will stick with a standard "Yes you should be able to service the image" I still have lots of questions that could lead into different dialogue. I have seen also where customers made changes to those images that prevent servicing.
All existing compatible application, Drivers & data will be intact post servicing?

vishalkhatpe If you instruct setup to upgrade (e.g. /auto upgrade):
Performs an upgrade of Windows saving apps and data. If the upgrade installation option is not available, or the user needs to resolve an app compatibility issue, Windows Setup will exit silently and log an exit code.
If you hit issues that you feel are errors (e.g. apps not migrating correctly), you can drive a resolution via the App Assure program: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/fasttrack/microsoft-365/app-assure
