When will Microsoft brings Vietnamese VNI an TELEX typing method to Windows (Windows 10 and others)?
Dear Microsoft,
I'm Hoc Nguyen and I'm from Vietnam. We are - the community of Vietnamese People using Windows OS - waiting for so long to typing Vietnamese with VNI or TELEX method in Windows OS. When will we get? (Just like Linux and MacOS users, they are already had this.)

I know this question has been here since 2017, but it is unanswered and I want to answer it.
VNI and TELEX has been available since the release of windows 10 now =). Took ít time huh =). Additionally, you can download Unikey or other third party sources to type true Vietnamese on computers and phones =).
