Using Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection for Windows 10

After upgrading windows 10 From AU 1603 to Windows creator 1703. SCCM endpoint protection definition update stop working. I'm getting the SCCM End Point Policy but not the defenition update.

I checked my deployment rules and it have the defnition upgrade KB2267602 in the deployment rule. The definition update is not installing even if I have to check the definition update from Microsoft.

User are getting message virus definition is out of date.

Any idea what I have to do to get it working with Windows 10 Creator. Note the defintion update still working perfect on windows 10 AU 1603.
