Unable to see F: drive in file explorer

I am unable to see the F: Drive letter in file explorer.

The F: drive is visible in Disk Management and as soon as I change the drive letter of the device through Disk Management, it becomes visible in File Explorer. If I change it back to drive letter F: afterwards, it disappears from file explorer again.

This is true with multiple storage devices.
