The noise during startup

Hello, I have encountered a problem: when I start my PC, it starts making noise for a second and then stops. I managed to temporarily resolve this issue by disabling Fast Startup and Hibernate. It helped for a couple of weeks, but the noise has returned. I tried disabling Fast Boot in the BIOS, but it didn't help. I kindly request assistance from anyone who has experienced a similar problem. https://1drv.ms/u/s!AoLC1raz-7VAwHrgquVuTVVZISGw

    Alex20980  Hi,

    I think it's a hardware problem - the fan jams - it's not a new computer?

Is it often plugged in to update properly - what version of Windows is it?

It doesn't seem to be a software problem

My computer is about two years old. It installs every update that Windows sends me. Currently, the Windows 10 version is 22H2 19044.3208.

Thank you for your reply, but your system is - 21H2 , so you have an outdated version of Windows in this case the boot may have the behavior as you described
