Smaller Windows 10 Quality Updates

If your on a pre-1809 version of Windows, your device can take advantage of the improvements in servicing including reduction in client download size. 1809 or later, all devices, using any management tooling will take advantage to the improved updates with reduction in size of both the client and server size requirements.
