Server 2016 & 2019-Failed to Install update with error-0X80073712- Component Store corrupt.

Server 2019 & 2016 failing to install update and giving error code - (0X80073712) - Component Store Corruption. We have already tried following to fix.
1. Manual Installation using .msu and DISM
2. we attempted DISM and SFC /scannow 
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth 
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth 
SFC/scannow
3. above did not resolve the issue, so attempted to fix component store by providing a serviced image as source.
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:D:\DeleteAfterUSe\Mount\Windows /LimitAccess
4. Above command did some changes in the C\windows\Servicing\Package folder but still failing to install update.
CBS logs repeatedly shows that one file missing .
\\?\C:\Windows\Servicing\Packages\Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~17763.1039.1.7.mum
How to fix this issue?
