Quality updates failing

We always have atleast 20 to 30% of Software updates failing/In progress state for Windows 10 machines every month in our environemnt.We are having SCCM 2006 CMCB currently using WSUS.How do we troubleshoot them?

    Hi Ramya, were you seeing the same failures before upgrading to SCCM 2006? Or did the issue appear after the upgrade? Unfortunately troubleshooting issues like this usually require log analysis and so probably would involve a case with premier if you are able to.
