My lenovo L440 is showing a update of BIOS on the official app of lenovo update so shall i update ?

 

PLease tell fast I need help ! It's pending since 2 months please help fast !

    Yes, of course, you should update the BIOS.
    Your computer is several years old - for safety, do it!
