Log troubleshooting with WUFB
lalanc01 unfortunately, we do not have the same depth of log troubleshooting as configmngr.
I would recommend:
- Using a reporting tool to determine the state of devices (ex. Update Compliance)
- Step 1 (this is usually where the problem is 9 out of 10 times): Review the policies you have configured.
This includes looking at what is actually set on the device via regkeys or UX. This includes what you are setting. This includes ensuring there are no Group Policies configured if you are using a Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool to configure CSPs. This includes comparing to docs to ensure the policies work the way you think they do.
- Step 2: If you can't find an issue there either call support or post a WUfB policy question here 🙂
Sorry this isn't more helpful! We are working on it 🙂
