From my gut it seems outdated?
we have enabled TLS 1.2 on IE Settings, .net 3.x and .net 4.x and Powershell 5.1 however we are seeing an abrupt issue to WSUS on Server 2019 is failing to download any updates from Microsoft Servers, since the 29.10. Which was after our patchday in October 2020- Andrei StoicaNov 05, 2021

I do not think it is the same issue. Keep watch, the issues might go away soon, I'm sure someone else might have already reported this.
