Intune vs ConfigMgr
whats best, Intune managed or ConfigMgr managed?

In order to leverage the full breadth of Microsoft Endpoint Manager functionality that customers are entitled to, the answer for most is to attach ConfigMgr to Intune and use both! Leverage the power of MEM in the cloud and on-premises! Ultimately my team's goal is to help customers reduce the cost of ownership of endpoint management- for some customers they will be able to do this using on-premises components of MEM or cloud components of MEM only, but for the lion's share of our customers we think using both is the option that will make the most sense right now.

It depends on your scenario and both are great.
For example, when we want to manage everything inside company and on-prem and keep all data internally , ConfigMgr is cool.
However, for remote management and when clients are all over and we want to manage them using cloud then Intune is great.
You could have hybrid scenario to do co-manage:
