How is Microsoft working with ISV's to better support WaaS

We've experinced key security ISV's lagging in terms waiting for CB before they really test their product, and then state 30/60 days after CB until they make a support statement, often requiring further updates to their client product and/or banckend components which increases cost dramatically in the WaaS model.
