Dock issues

Please submit this through the Feedback Hub!! If you can catch logs through the Feedback Hub process, please make sure to gather and submit logs. We have engineering teams that are looking specifically at Feedback Hub for logs on this issue - and we would love more logs to be able to identify this more specifically.
