diretory name translated into french

I configured Windows 10 in French
It is convenient
but for file management, bacupk is less so
Bureau, Téléchargements
very quickly we need Desktop, Downloads
Confusion, waste of time
I would like to see the real names appear in English in the file explorer (Desktop, Downloads)
What should be done ?
