The EES licensing guide at http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/6/6/F6611596-992F-498A-A8EE-B0B39A6A4D0A/Enrollment_for_Education_Solutions_Licensing_Guide.pdf has the details on the requirements. Assuming you meet those requirements (e.g. org-wide EQU coverage), then you would have full rights to Intune for Education, AAD Premium P1, etc. For more details beyond that, talk to your licensing specialist or account team.
