Any plans to allow drivers in WuFB to be subject to different restart requirements?

We've just moved all our users to Windows Update for Business via co-management, and really the only problem on the user end has been that the driver updates have to follow the same rules we set for when a restart will be required as the quality updates do.

Ideally we wouldn't bother users with an extra restart in their month over the one they need to do for a quality update (and the in our case annual addition of a feature update restart), but the driver updates could potentially add further requests for restarts in a month, making it harder to give user's clear expectations of what might happen.

Any plans to allow separate rules to be set for how driver updates are handled?

Thanks!

But I can tell you that we are aware that managing drivers is hard and that we want to make it a great experience - especially for folks using Windows Update for Business via co-management, so keep an eye out for upcoming announcements and previews. 😉
