Windows defender ATP isolation not working on 1809

We trying to isolate the client (1809) from ATP portal, although isolation happing in client system but it is unable to sent any response back to portal for isolation status.

all the ATP url's are whitelisted in perimeter firewall as well as in proxy.

fyi..

No info in event viewer, cisco any connect client got disable.

any suggestion will be much appreciated.
